摘要
以取代酚、一缩二乙二醇、二乙胺和六氢吡啶为原料 ,采用二卤烷路线 ,合成了 7种 2 - (2 -芳氧基 )乙氧基三乙胺 (Ⅱ类化合物 )和 7种N - [2 - (2 -芳氧基 )乙氧基 ]乙基六氢吡啶 (Ⅲ类化合物 ) ;小麦胚芽鞘和小麦室温栽培干物质重实验显示 :与 2 - (3,4-二氯苯氧基 )三乙胺 (DCPTA)相比 ,2 - [2 - (3,4-二氯苯氧基 )乙氧基 ]三乙胺(Ⅱg)的生物效应得到大幅度提高 ,浓度为10mg·L-1时的促进作用从 +5 5 % [7] 提高到 +6 3 4% ,浓度为 10 0mg·L-1时的抑制作用从 - 8.4% [7] 提高到 - 5 5 6 % ,其它化合物在不同浓度下 ,也均表现出或强或弱的生物效应 .
Subsitituted phenoxyl)ethoxyl]triethylamine and N [2 (2 substituted phenoxyl)ethoxyl]ethyl piperidine were synthesized from subsitituted phenol,diethylene glycol,diethyl=amine and piperidine by the route of dibromoethyl ether.The plant of the experiment of biological effects was wheat(Qi He 13).Cotyledon and the dry weight of the whole plant were determined.The results were that the effect of 2 [2 (3,4 dichlorophenoxyl)ethoxyl]triethlamine (Ⅱg) was better than DCPAT when the concentration was 10 mg·L -1 ,Ⅱg+63.4%,and DCPAT+5.5% [6] ,under higher concentration 100 mg·L -1 ,Ⅱg-55.6%,and DCPTA-8.4% [7] .The other compounds can produce positive or negative effects.
