摘要
在盐酸底液中 ,单硝酸异山梨酯 (简称ISMN)在汞电极上于 - 0 .5 0V和 - 0 .88V(vs.SCE)产生两个不可逆的还原峰 .以下用循环伏安法 (CV) ,微分脉冲极谱 (DPP) ,常规脉冲极谱 (NPP)及恒电位电解等多种电化学方法研究了该体系的电化学行为和电极机理 ,两个峰的产生是由于硝酸酯的两步不可逆还原所至 ,利用第一个峰单扫描极谱法测定了片剂中单硝酸异山梨酯的含量 ,线性范围为 0 .0 2~ 2 0mg·L-1,检测下限为 0 .0 1mg·L-1。
In HCl base solution Isonsorbid 5-mononitrate have two reductive peak at- 0.50 V and-0.88 V(vs.SCE)at mercury eleetrode and the two are irreversible.An electroanalytical method for the determination of Isosorbid 5 mononitrate based on oscillopolarographic method has been developed.The linear relationship held in the range of 0.02~20 mg·L -1 ,with the detection limit of 0.01 mg·L -1 . The electrochemical behavior and the mechanisms of the electrode reaction have been studied by means of linear sweep voltammetry and pulse polarography,and the wave was confirmed to be of irreversible.
