准分子激光与高能紫外光治疗儿童白癜风的对比观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价308 nm准分子激光与高能紫外光治疗儿童白癜风的疗效与安全性。方法选择我科确诊的儿童(年龄4~14岁)白癜风90例共380处皮损,每例相同部位皮损≥3处,其中一处为空白对照。治疗采用自身对照的方法,分别采用308 nm准分子激光和高能紫外光照射,每周治疗2次,共30次,疗程结束后根据皮损复色程度评价疗效。结果308 nm准分子激光治疗皮损显效率为84.9%,采用高能紫外光治疗的皮损显效率为66.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两种治疗方法以面颈部显效率最高,疗效优于其他部位,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 308 nm准分子激光与高能紫外光治疗儿童白癜风均能取得较满意的效果,不良反应少,疗效与皮损部位有关。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 308 nm excimer laser and high-energy ultraviolet light in treatment of children with vitiligo. Methods A total of 90 children (aged 4 - 14) with vitiligo (308 lesions), and each patient had more than 3 lesions at same parts of the body. A self-comparison method was used : one lesion was treated with 308 nm excimer laser, the second lesion was treated with high-energy ultraviolet light, and the third lesion was as control group. All lesions were treated with twice a week for 15 weeks. Efficacy was evaluated by the degree of pigment recovery after treatment. Results Excellence rates were 84. 9% in 308 nm exeimer laser group, and 66. 7% in high-energy uhraviolet light group respectively; the differences were statistic:ally significant (P 〈 0.05). Excellence rate of face-neck area was the highest of the two methods, and its curative effeet wan significantly better than those of other areas (P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Both 308 nm excimer laver and high-energy ultraviolet light in treatment of chihlren with vitiligo may achieve satisfactory efficacy. 308 nm excimer laser therapy may be more effeetive in recovery rate and excellence rate with less sdverse effects,but efficacy is related to the lesion positions.
