我院门诊药房1220例用药咨询分析

Analysis of 1220 Cases of Medication Consultation in Our Outpatient Dispensary

目的分析门诊药房用药咨询记录,为指导个体化药物治疗、促进合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性整理我院2011年1月—2012年12月门诊药房无缺项的药物咨询登记表,共计1220份,对咨询人员的身份构成、咨询内容以及咨询涉及的药物类型进行统计分析。结果 2011年1月—2012年12月门诊药房药物咨询人员女性人数多于男性,老年患者(>55岁)比例居首位,患者的咨询人数多于医护人员。咨询内容有较大变化,增长比率居前三位的分别是治疗同类疾病的药物品种(10.8%)、药物相互作用及禁忌证(9.9%)、药物的药理作用(8.8%)。结论随着患者合理用药、安全用药的意识逐渐提高,临床药师应加快专业理论知识的更新,以适应药物咨询工作的要求。

Objective To analyze medication counseling records in our outpatient dispensary so as to provide reference for guiding individualized drug therapy, and to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods A retrospective review of 1220 intact drug counseling registrations from 2011 to 2012 in our hospital were performed with a total number of 1220, personal composition, contents and drug types of consulting were statistically analyzed. Results From the year 2011 to 2012, the number of female counselors was larger than that of male counselors, and the largest went to the elderly number. The number of consultative patients was larger than that of medical personnel. Drug types varied a lot, and the top three drugs with the greatest increase rate were for treatment of the same disease （10.8%）, drug interactions and contraindications （9.9%） and pharmacological actions of the drug （8.8%）. Conclusion With the enhanced awareness of rationality and safety in drug use by the patients, clinical pharmacists should enhance the updating of professional theory to adapt to the new requirements of the drug counseling work.
