摘要
为解决校园内及周边视频监控点布置分散等原因造成的无法实现远程视频监控问题,针对3G无线网络的特点,描述了基于3G标准的无线视频监控系统关键技术的研究与实现方法。在数据传输中利用RTP协议中时间戳,解决音视频同步的问题,对监控系统的客户端与服务器端进行了设计。实际应用表明,该系统设计合理,可靠性好,能对校园内外目标实现有效监控。
In order to solve the problem that caused by video monitoring points scattered on campus and layout dispersion in the surrounding that remote video monitoring is unable to control , aim at 3G network,the research and design solution of the key technology of the wireless video surveillance based on the 3G standard are described. It also uses RTP agreement during the data transmission,making use of timestamps in RTP agreement to solve the problem of audio and video synehronization.The application shows that the system is reasonable in design and good reliability,and it can effectively monitor the objeets inside and outside of campus.
