摘要 介绍了基于LABVIEW软件的孵蛋箱温度监控系统的开发。为了实现孵蛋箱内的温度能保持在一定的范围内,达到孵蛋的基本要求,实现良好的孵蛋效果。该系统采用了珠状热敏电阻作为温度传感元件,采用美国NI公司数据采集卡USB-9215采集环境温度信号,通过局域网进行主监控计算机与温度监测节点的通信,采用模块化的设计方法。经过试验验证了本设计能够对孵蛋箱实时温度进行监控、并能通过监控主机进行数据分析、报警等。从而可以预防孵蛋过程异常情况的发生,并可以提高了孵蛋的效率。 This article introduced based on the LABVIEW software for hatching box temperature monitoring and control system development . In order to achieve in the incubator temperature can be maintained in a certain range, reaching to the basic requirements, achieve good hatching effect. The system uses a thermistor as a temperature sensing element, using the United States NI data acquisition card USB-9215 dollecfing temperature signal, Through the local area network the main monitoring computer and temperature monitoring node communication, using modular design method. After experimental verification of the design for hatching box real-time temperature monitoring, and through the monitoring data analysis, alarm host, which can prevent the eggs abnormal situation occurs, and can improve the efficiency of the brood.
