摘要
针对航海过程中因恶劣的海上环境使得拍摄的图像出现局部运动模糊而导致图像无法使用的情况,本文提出一种新的局部运动模糊图像恢复与合成算法。首先将模糊区域从图像中分割出来,用Radon变换和自相关函数获取点扩散函数,L-R与亮度调整相结合进行恢复,最后用基于直方图匹配的小波变换将恢复后的图像合成到背景中。实验结果表明,该方法不仅能将原图的纹理融合到恢复图像中,得到优化恢复图像的效果,还能将恢复后的图像很好地合成到背景中。
In the course of the voyage, due to the harsh environment of the ocean which makes the image appear local motion blur, thus makes the image useless, in this paper we proposed a new restoration and compositing algorithm. First extract the blurred region from the original image, then get the Point Spread Function through Radon transform and self-correlation function, restored the blurred region by L-R and intensity adjust combination, finally composite the restored image into the background by histogram matching wavelet transform. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed algorithm not only can fuse the texture of the original image into the restored image, get a optimize result of the restored image, but also can well compositing the restored image into the background.
