摘要
中国在医疗旅游方面具有得天独厚的优势,有关部门正在积极筹划,准备大力发展医疗旅游产业。然而,由于起步较晚,中国与医疗旅游强国存在较大差距。本文通过对相关资料的收集与整理,认为世界主要医疗旅游强国的成功因素在于政府的强力支持、医疗资源服务定位明确、医疗推广宣传到位、医疗技术优良以及良好的医疗服务质量。针对我国医疗旅游现状,本文在政府支持、服务定位、营销策略、国际交流、行业发展等方面提出具体建议。
China possesses unique advantages in developing medical tourism. Recently, relevant governmental departments in China are ac- tively planning to develop the medical tourism industry. However,China is a late mover in this industry and there is a large gap compared with the successful early movers. This paper analyzes the critical success factors in the main destination countries are powerful government support, expcit service positioning, sufficient marketing, good healtheare fechniques and quality, and we offer some relevant and spowfic advice according to china's meeweal tourism status.
