The hospital social responsibility is one of the most important tasks for modem hospital management and medical problems in the reform of the systems, especially in the condition of market economy, private hospitals neglect of social responsibility to get more economic benefits. Therefore, the construction of social responsibility assurance system,improrement of privafe hospifals to social responsibility and giving full play to the role of the private hospital social responsibility, have practical significance for promoting the harmonious development of private hospital and so- ciety.
