射频热疗联合特拉唑嗪治疗前列腺增生症疗效观察被引量：2

摘要目的评价体外射频热疗与特拉唑嗪联合治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效。方法选择BPH患者100例并随机分成两组各50例,分别采用体外射频热疗联合特拉唑嗪治疗(观察组)和特拉唑嗪单独治疗(对照组),疗程6个月。记录并分析两组治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),经腹B超测量前列腺体积和残余尿(RU)。结果两组治疗后IPSS、RU与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后观察组IPSS与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率(84%)显著高于对照组(62%)(P<0.05)。结论体外射频热疗联合特拉唑嗪治疗可有效改善BPH患者的症状。
