类风湿关节炎患者外周血Th17、Treg细胞及相关指标的变化 被引量：7

摘要 目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血Th17和Treg细胞比例变化及与疾病状态的关系。方法用流式细胞术检测50例RA患者(包括活动期26例和非活动期24例)和30例健康对照组外周血Th17细胞和Treg细胞的比例变化,用ELISA检测RA患者和健康对照组血清IL-6、IL-17水平。结果 RA患者外周血Th17细胞的百分比明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且活动期RA外周血Th17细胞百分比也高于非活动期RA(P<0.05)。RA患者外周血中Treg细胞百分比明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。RA组IL-6和IL-17均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论 RA患者外周血中Th17、Treg细胞平衡变化与疾病的活动度有关。
