摘要
采用国际先进的系统集成技术、组件技术、CIM的数据模型以及CIM的接口技术等,使自动化系统具有高度的开放性和可扩充性,应用统一的模型方法,可实现数据共享。对某乙烯改扩建工程项目中总降压变电所、各装置变电所电气设备的实时信息进行收集、分析和决策,汇总后上传至集控中心和电气调度室。总站、各子站的自动化系统既要相对独立,又互相关联,层次分明。对可能出现的致命故障,提出切实可行的解决方案,实现了最优化的控制、管理和监督,从而使总降压变电所、各装置变电所达到高效、经济、节能、协调的运行状态。同时强调了双网双服务器冗余系统的安全性、有效性是生产安全平稳的关键,提高了电气整体的微机综合自动化水平。
By application o{ worldwide advanced system integration technology, assembly technology, CIM data model and CIM interface technology etc, automatic system is of high open and expandable characteristic. The data share is implemented by means of uniform model method. This technology is incorporated into an ethylene revamp and expansion project to collect, analyze and select the real-time information for electric equipment of main substation and substations of each unit. The information is sent to centralized control center and electric dispatch control center after summarizing. The main station and substation are independent and connected to each other with clear hierarchical arrangement. An applicable solution is submitted with respect to potential fatal fault to optimize the control, management and monitoring to achieve high efficiency, economization, energy saving and coordination for main substation and each unit. Meanwhile, it is emphasized that the safe and effective redundant system of dual nets ; dual servers are the key factors of safe and stable operation, which can improve integrated automation level of electric microcomputer.
