摘要
防止钢筋锈蚀是提高水工钢筋混凝土结构耐久性一个重要因素.从结构设计角度探讨了混凝土碳化和钢筋锈蚀产生机理,并根据实测数据分析了钢筋锈蚀与保护层厚度之间的关系,认为钢筋的锈蚀在很大程度上取决于混凝土保护层的质量,并进而认为保护层密实性和必需厚度是保护混凝土保护层质量控制的关键.
Corrosion protection of reinforcing bar is an important way to improve the lasting of concrete structure. The reason of concrete carbonation and reinforcing bar corrosion are discussed in this paper in the view of structure design. According to the measured data, the relationship between reinforcing bar corrosion and the quality of concrete protection layer is also analyzed in the paper. With analyzing the influencing factor of the concrete protection layer quality, it proves that the density and necessary thickness of concrete protection layer is very important to quality control.
