Application of Water Conservancy Census Results System in Yuhang

2010年至2012年开展的第一次全国水利普查,全面反映了余杭区江河湖泊基本情况及水资源开发、利用和保护现状,摸清了经济社会发展对水资源的需求,了解了水利行业能力建设状况,通过建立基础水信息平台,初步探析水利普查成果应用系统,将基础信息在应用系统中整合提炼,具备了对水利建设规划、水资源管理的检索、统计、分析等多种功能,为经济社会发展提供可靠的水信息支撑和保障.

The first national water conservancy census conducted from 2010 to 2012 fully displays the basic situation of rivers and lakes in Yuhang District and explores a comprehensive understanding of water conservancy development, utilization and conservation, which helps to grasp the demand of economic and social development for water resources, as well as the capacity building status of water conservancy industry. A basic water information platform is suggested to build based on the census results system of water conservancy with integrated materials, providing reliable basis for water conservancy construction planning, and water resources management in data search, statistics, and analysis, to offer reliable water information support and assurance for economic and social development.
