摘要
在采用碳平衡法原理的汽车尾气直采式油耗测量中,排气的体积流量精确度直接影响到油耗测量的精确度。本文针对常用的热式、V锥、孔板三种气体流量传感器,基于Fluent测试模型进行流体仿真分析,确定对管道内流场改变最小的热式气体流量传感器作为测试系统中的最佳流量传感器选型。
In straight type fuel consumption measurement using exhaust carbon balance method, the exhaust volume flowing accuracy directly affects the fuel consumption measurement accuracy. According to the three types of commonly used gas sensors including heat type, V cone and orifice, the authors simulate the above sensors based on the fluent test model, and determine the heat type gas flow sensor of the minimum changes of the flow field as the optimal sensor selection of the flow testing system.
