摘要 在普通湿法纺丝制备壳聚糖纤维的工艺中添加酸处理工序,制得高膨胀止血壳聚糖纤维,在不改变脱乙酰度、断裂伸长和断裂强度的情况下,大大提高了吸液量,为自身重量的24.1倍,同时吸收渗液后纤维能迅速膨胀,形成能锁住水分的凝胶。 Prepared the high expansion and hemostatic ehitosan fiber through adding acid-treatment process to the common wet spinning processes for chitosan fiber, and it had the same deacetylation degree, breaking elongation and fracture strength with common chitosan fiber. The liquid absorption amount of the fiber was improved greatly, which was 24.1 times its own dry weight. The fiber could expand rapidly while absorbing liquid and formed gel to keep the moisture.
