摘要
用光镜和彩色图象分析系统研究了雌性鲫鱼尾部神经分泌系统Dahlgren细胞酶细胞化学的季节性变化特点 ,发现尾部倒数第 4~ 6节脊髓中Dahlgren细胞的细胞色素氧化酶活性变化与蛋白质含量变化基本一致 (仅春夏间无明显变化 ) .但乙酰胆碱脂酶的活性变化与细胞色素氧化酶的变化却相反 .上述Dahlgren细胞酶计量学的变化均不同程度地呈现出与卵巢同步发育的关系 。
The seasonal changes of enzymic cytochemistry in the Dahlgren cells of the caudal neurosecretory system in Carassius auratus are quantitatively studied under the microscope and the color image analysis system. The results are as follows: In the caudal spinal cord which is in the 3rd~6th vertebrae counting backwards, the change of activity of the cytochrome oxidase in the Dahlgren cells accords with the change of protein content of the Dahlgren cells, but the change of activity of the acetylcholine sterases in the Dahlgren cells is contrary to that of cytochrome oxidase. That the quantitative analysis of the enzymic cytochemistry in the Dahlgren cells above reveals the synchro development law between the Dahlgren cells and the ovary of fish provides the new quantitative data for the relativity between the caudal neurosecretory system and the breeding biology of fish.
