The application of ethylene and the operation hazard of the oxygen impurities to rich ethylene gas production were briefly introduced in this paper. And the removal methods of the oxygen impurities from the rich ethylene gas at home and abroad in recent years were mainly summarized. The current industrial removal oxygen impurities＇ technologies from the rich ethylene gas were also presented. Finally, the develolanent trends of the removal technology of oxygen impurities from the rich ethylene gas were prospected.
