摘要
目的:分析益生菌联合早期微量喂养对新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)的预防效果。方法:将我院出生的120例新生儿随机分为预防组65例和对照组55例,对照组采用微量喂养法,预防组在对照组治疗基础上加用益生菌。治疗2周后对比两组NEC的发生率,同时分析两组新生儿新鲜粪便细菌学检查结果。结果:经过预防治疗后,预防组发生NEC 2例,发生率为3.08%;对照组发生NEC 8例,发生率为14.55%,预防组明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组细菌数均明显增加(P<0.05),预防组细菌总数、球菌总数和杆菌总数增加明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新生儿在早期微量喂养基础上适当补充益生菌,可以明显降低NEC的发生,维持肠道内正常菌群的比值,提高肠道的屏障作用,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To analyze the effect of probiotics combined with early minimal enteral feeding on prevention of neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC).Methods: One hundred and twenty infants borned in our hospital were randomly divided into a prevention group(65 cases) and a control group(55 cases).The control group received early minimal enteral feeding.The prevention group was given probiotics combined with early minimal enteral feeding.After two weeks of treatment,the incidence of NEC and bacteriological examination results of feces were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment,there were two cases of NEC in the prevention group,the incidence rate was 3.08%;eight cases of NEC in the control group,the incidence rate was 14.55%.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the number of bacteria in feces were increased significantly(P0.05).The increase of total number of bacteria,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus in the prevention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusions: Probiotics combined with early minimal enteral feeding in neonates can significantly reduce the incidence of NEC,maintain the ratios of the normal flora of the intestine,and improve intestinal barrier function.It is worthy of clinical application.
