摘要
应用英国TISCHUK公司开发的RBI软件(T-OCA),对苯乙烯装置脱氢反应系统和延迟焦化装置进行了风险评估,提出了基于风险的检验策略,并对石油化工装置开展RBI工作中的一些问题,和基于风险的设备安全保障技术对保证石油化工装置长周期安全运行的作用进行了讨论,提出了今后石油化工装置开展RBI工作的建议。
Through applicalion of RBI software (T-OCA) developed by TISCHIIK. the risk assess- menI on reae|ion system of styrene devi~.e dehydroge- nation and delayed eoking unit is implenlenled and the risk-based inspection strategy is proposed. Mean- while, some problems arising from RBI of petrochem- ical unit and role of risk-based equipment safely en- suring technology on long-periodiv safety operation of petrochemical unit are discussed and the sugges- tions for starting RBI of petrochemical unit in the future are raised.
