Ethic Reflection upon Policy of Effectiveness and Fairness in the Construction of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics

在改革开放30多年的过程中,中国共产党处理效率和公平的关系采取了不同政策,适应了改革的需要,取得了举世公认的成就。中国共产党十八大处理效率和公平关系的决策,又有了根本性变化,新政策体现了中国特色社会主义的本质特性,有多方面的伦理道德价值。

In the Reform and Openning up of more than 30 years, due to different policies of effectiveness and fairness adopted by the CPC, which adjust to the requirements of reform, universally acknowledged achievements have been made. There are some fundamental changes in the decisions concerning the relationship between effectiveness and fairness in the 18th Congress of the CPC. New policies reflect the intrinsic properties of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which have various ethic and moral values.
