从文化环境的角度出发,阐述文化环境对高校创新创业教育的作用,分析保定文化环境对高校创新创业教育发展的影响,并提出保定市促进高校创新创业教育发展的文化环境策略:突破传统观念,营造创新创业文化氛围;加强政府与高校合作,共推创新创业教育的文化环境建设;打造新时期保定精神,推动高校创新创业教育发展。

Explaining the role of cultural environment of innovation and career-creation education, analyzing the impact of Baoding’s cultural environment on the development of innovation and career-creation education, the paper put forward to the strategies to promote the development of innovation and career-creation education in colleges and universities in baoding city: breaking through the traditional idea to build the cultural atmosphere of innovation; strengthening the cooperation between government and universities to mutually push construction of cultural environment of innovation and career-creation education; creating the spirit of Baoding in new period to promote the development of innovation and career-creation education in colleges and universities.
