教务管理是决定高等学校教育质量的重要因素,而人才培养的管理是高等学校教务管理的核心内容。电视大学教务管理面临的问题,要勇于改革,要从增强协调能力,优化工作程序,提高人员素质,坚持标准原则,完善系统功能入手,使其更好地为教学、教师、学生服务。

The educational administration management is an important factor in determining the quality of education in institutions of higher learning, and the management of talent cultivation is the core content of the educational adminis- tration management. The educational administration management in TV university is faced with some problems, there- fore we must have the courage to reform them, which start with enhancing coordination, optimizing working procedures, improving the staff quality, adhering to the principle of standard, and perfecting the system function, and thus provide better service for the teaching, teachers and students.
