Probe into the Tutorial System in Administration Management of Open Education

山西电大行政管理专业为了进一步深化教学改革,实行了导师制。虽然取得了良好的效果,但依然存在师生比失衡,导师资源匮乏,监督机制和激励机制不健全等问题。针对这些问题,提出解决措施,以更好地完善导师制,达到良好的教学效果。

In order to deepen the reform of teaching, the major in Administrative Management of Shanxi TV University carries out the tutorial system. Although it has obtained the good effects, there are still many problems, such as the imbalance of teacher - student ratios, the lack of teacher resources, the imperfect of supervision and incentive mecha- nisms. According to these problems, this paper puts forward some ways to improve the tutorial system, so that we can get the better teaching effects.
