电大专业及课程的教学团队建设是电大师资队伍建设的一项重要内容。电大教学团队作为一种新的教学组织形式与电大传统的教学组织相比有许多优势,作为教学团队存在的一种形式与个例也有其鲜明的特征。电大教学团队的建设应以教学改革为主要任务,并同开放大学的学科建设与电大的系统建设结合起来,同时还必须建立完善的电大教学团队的管理机制。
