摘要
新媒体衍生了多种文化现象,而文化又推动了新媒体的发展。在web2.0自媒体黄金时代,青年已成为感受新媒体信息的重要力量,高校在网络文化管理的过程中必须提倡特殊的精神风貌和文化品位,还需充分利用新技术,提供新信息,创造新成果。高校依据自组织理论,提高网络文化管理水平,具有重要意义。
New media is derived from a variety ot cultural phenomenon, and m return, culture promotes me oevetopment of new media. In web 2.0 times, the young have become an important force to feel new media. During the process of network culture management, colleges and universities should advocate special spirits and cultural tastes, and take advantage of new technology to provide new information as well to create new results. Based on the self - organization theory, colleges and universities improve the management level of the network culture, which is of great significance.
