应用型人才的培养是人才培养的一种基本的、必须的要求,如何进行应用型人才培养是高校教育工作者共同研讨的话题。在高校音乐专业的钢琴教学中,应用型人才除应该具备一定的演奏能力外,还应该具备组织群众音乐活动、进行音乐编辑、音乐教学、音乐创作等相关工作以及再学习的综合型能力,这都需要对现行的培养体系、培养手段与教学模式等进行一系列改革才能实现。
