文化襄阳是"四个襄阳"的灵魂所在,要搞好文化襄阳建设,创建国家级文化产业试验区是一个很好的抓手;襄城区旅游文化资源优势明显,建设基础较好,是创建试验区的首选,但同时也面临诸多挑战,需要进一步创新建设思路,整合、开发文化资源,做大做强文化产业。
