国外战略性新兴产业发展政策比较与借鉴

Research on Policy Comparison with Foreign Strategic Emerging Industries and Its Enlightenment for China

后危机时代,为了顺应低碳经济、绿色经济和新科技革命的发展潮流,寻求新的经济增长点,世界各国在发展战略性新兴产业方面都进行得如火如荼,特别是美、日、欧盟等对发展战略性新兴产业的重视和政策支持都达到了前所未有的高度。本文对这三个发达国家或经济体在发展战略性新兴产业中的相关政策进行了梳理和总结,最后,对中国战略性新兴产业发展提出了对策和建议。

The ＂post-crisis era＂, in order to ease the population, energy, resources and environmental problems, many countries have enacted the economic development of the long-term strategic planning, cultivation and development of emerging strategic industries, through scientific and technological innovation to promote the national industrial structure adjustment, resulting in a new round of global economy and technology competition to seize the commanding height of the development. The article proposes enlightenment and reference for China based on the policy in comparison with the United States of America, European Union and Japan .At last, this article provides some suggestions for China on how to develop strategic emerging industries.
