三维数字减影血管造影在脑动脉瘤诊治中的探讨

The study on three dimensional digital subtraction angiography on diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm

目的:探讨三维数字减影血管造影(DSA)在脑动脉瘤诊断和后续介入或外科夹闭治疗中的应用价值。方法:采用三维DSA脑血管造影检查疑似颅内动脉瘤患者48例,根据造影结果决定下一步治疗方案。结果:共发现48例患者52个脑动脉瘤,分别采取了手术夹闭、栓塞治疗等不同的治疗方法。结论:三维DSA与常规脑血管造影比较,很大程度上提高了脑血管造影对脑动脉瘤的检出率,也为脑动脉瘤的外科夹闭或介入治疗提供了丰富信息,有很高的临床应用价值。

Objective：To study three-dimension digital subtraction angiography（DSA）on diagnosis and treatment of intracranial aneurysm.Methods：Three-dimension DSA was performed on forty-eight patients with suspicious aneurysm,the treatment plans were made basing on the examination results.Results：Fifty-two aneurysms were found in forty-eight patients,and treated separately with the clamp operation,intravascular treatment.Conclusion：Three-dimension DSA improves the precision and reliability of cerebral angiography examination greatly and ran be safely used to treat aneurysm.
