摘要
明代黄河灾害频发,由于黄河是南北漕运的必经之路,所以治河与治运关系密切。明代万历三十一年—万历三十二年间担任总河的李化龙,力排众议,结束了长达数十年之久的"泇河之议",开凿泇河成功,南北漕运得以避开黄河水患,畅通无阻,成为治河史上的典范。
The Yellow River disasters happened frequently in the Ming dynasty. Since the Yellow River is the only way to the north and the south of the harbor, river regulation is significant to the river transport. In this ease, in the Ming dynasty, a number of famous ministers of river regulation emerged. In the Wanli thirty - one years to Wanli - 32 years as general river between the Li Hua- long, prevailed over all dissenting views, ended decades long "Jiahe river of the discussion," cut Jiahe river to enable the smooth northward and southward transport, which has become a model of river management in the history.
