On the Difference and Relation between the Fact Judgment and Value Judgment

事实判断以客体为取向,以事实为原则;价值判断以主体为取向,以价值为原则。二者存在着区别,但这种区别不是无法跨越的。事实判断与价值判断有难以割舍的联系:事实判断中渗透着价值因素,价值判断中存在着事实认定,二者可以统一于现实实践之内。

There exists difference between the fact judgment, which takes the object as orientation and fact as principle, and value judgment, which takes the subject as orientation and value as principle. But this difference is not beyond cross. There is hard contact between fact judgment and value judgment, for there are value factors in fact judgments and fact factors in value judgment. The both can be unified in reality practice.
