摘要
"写车薄"作为行帮组织的帮规,是一种自发兴起的商事登记制度。"写车薄"不符合现代商事登记制度对安全和效率、价值的追求,仅仅是一种原始形态的商事登记制度。"写车薄"蕴含的对劳动者权益保护的人文主义精神超越了时代的局限,是现代商事登记制度无法包含的。
＂Xie Che Bo＂ as the trade regulation of trade associations, is a kind of spontaneous business registration. But It is only a kind of primitive form of business registration system,because it didn＇ t meet with the pursuit of security and efficiency of the modern business registration. ＂Xie Che Bo＂ containing the Humanism Spirit about laborer rights protection, is beyond the modern business registration.
