This paper outlines Arts Monthly as a part of the important literary journal of the Chinese literary community with the KMT background in the 1930s, and gives an overview of the major literary publications concept, publishing, editors＇ changes, diverse origins and the key role, Wang Pingling. Showing the rare inclusive style of the partisan literary journals , reflecting the editor＇ s liter- ary consciousness, which enriched the literary creative activities.
