摘要
通过对 4 5mm管径、水平放置圆管内油气水三相流流型的实验研究 ,采用实验方法整理出vsg- vsl平面流型图 ;从双流体模型基本方程出发 ,通过动力学分析 ,对水平管内油气水三相流动中各流型间相互转变的机理和预报模型进行了研究 ,得到了 4种基本流型间相互转变的预报关系式 ,并与实验结果进行比较 ,两者符合良好 .当油气水三相流中的油水乳化液处于 O/W型时 ,含油率对流型转换的影响很小 ,油水可作为一相来处理 .
Experiment on three phase flow patterns in the horizontal pipe with 45 mm diameters was carried out. v sg - v sl plane flow pattern diagrams were obtained. This paper also researched the transition mechanism and prediction model among the flow patterns and got four basic predictive relations which tally with the experimental results. When the oil water emulsifying liquid in oil gas water three phase flow is in O/W pattern, the oil content rate has a small influence on the flow pattern transition, and oil and water can be taken as one phase.
