摘要
青年教师职业发展规划是关系到学校长远发展的一项基本性、关键性工作,做好青年教师职业发展规划工作,实现教职工和学校的共同发展。本文从四方面对如何实施青年教师职业发展规划进行了探索。
Young teachers＂ career planning is a fundamental and key job related to school long - term devel- opment. Proper young teachers＇career planning can achieve collaborative developments both in teachers＇ca- reer and school, this thesis makes explorations on career planning in higher vocational colleges from four as- pects.
