国有企业经过重组、整合等多种形式的变更,使得人事制度改革存在复杂性和特殊性,如何深入细致的做好思想政治工作,帮助员工正视矛盾,为改革的顺利进行提供思想保障,也是企业利发展的关键。
After the restructuring, integration and other forms of change, state - owned enterprises laced with the complexity and particularity in the reform of the personnel system. The key to the success of the development of the reform is whether the ideological and political work can be done thoroughly and meticu- lously. The employees should face contradictions correctly, which provides guarantee for the smooth imple-mentation of the reform.
