煤矿井下六大安全避险系统在国投教学三矿的应用

The Application of Six Major Safety Hedge Systems in the State-Owned Investment Jiaoxue Third Coal Mine

国投煤炭有限公司河南分公司教学三矿现有安全避险五大系统,紧急避险系统建设起步较晚,而现有的"五大系统"中还存在人员定位系统、通信联络系统有盲区,供水施救系统水质达不到饮用水标准,压风设备供风能力不足等问题。因此,教学三矿亟需对井下安全避险"六大系统"特别是紧急避险系统进行建设完善工作。完善后井下紧急避险"六大系统",达到"系统可靠、设施完善、管理到位、运转有效"的要求,经过验收,完全符合安监总局的要求。

State Development ＆ Investment Corporation Coal Ltd. Henan Branch Jiaoxue Third Coal Mine has currently five major safety hedge systems installed, and the starting of the construction of emergency hedging facilities is relatively late. Among the existing five systems, the personnel positioning system and, the communication system still have dead zones; the water quality of the water rescue system cannot reach drinking water standards, compressed air installation lacks capacity. Therefore, Jiaoxue Third Coal Mine urgently needs to perfect mine safety hedge six systems, especially the emergency system. After perfecting the underground emergency hedge ＂six systems＂, it met the requirements to achieve ＂reliable system, fa- cilities perfect, management in place and effective operation＂. After inspection and acceptance, it is in full compliance with the requirements of the State Administration of Work Safety.
