摘要
从校本培训的概念和发展入手,指出职业院校校本培训具有自主性、针对性、灵活性、开放性等特点,并进一步探讨职业院校校本培训的功能与模式。
Starting with the concept and development of school-based training, pointing out the features like autonomy, pertinence, flexibility and openness in vocational colleges, this paper has further discussed their function and organization mode.
