摘要
土地调查工作应用RS,GPS,GIS等测绘地理信息科学新技术手段,为确定土地变更调查奠定了基础。2011年土地变更调查工作采用了先进的技术方法,在现有土地调查的基础上,按照国家统一的技术标准,查清由不同时相(上一年度与本年度之间)的卫星遥感影像数据所圈绘的疑问图斑,及年度各类土地变化情况,完成土地变更调查工作。"3S"技术的应用加快了变更调查各个环节的数据流动,作业速度快,保证土地变更信息的现势性,使数据采集精度更高、即时性更好,有力地保障国土资源宏观调控措施的落实,为可持续变更提供技术支持。本文针对当前土地变更工作过程中应当注意的问题进行分析与整理,总结经验和方法,更好地将"3S"技术应用到农村土地变更调查工作中。
Land survey work by RS, GPS, GIS and other surveying and mapping geographic information science and new technology laid the foundation for the identification of land change survey. Investigation of land change in 2011 adopted the advanced technique based on existing land survey and according to the technical standard of national unity, which showed the different time ( between last year and this year) of the satellite remote sensing image data of the circle drawing questions polygon, annual land change, and the completion of land change survey work. Application of "3S" technology speeds up the survey data flow change of various links, se- cures the fast operating speed, ensures the real time of land change information, and makes data acquisition more precise, real - time better, which effectively protects land resource macro - control measurement implementation to provide technical support for sustain- able change. This paper analyzes and sorts the problems in land survey, and summarizes the experience and methods in order to apply "3S" technology to the rural land change survey work better.
