在水准测量工作中,水准记簿是一项非常繁琐的工作,记录员作业过程中高度紧张,稍有差错就可能导致全测段返工。根据有关技术依据及规范,采用PDA掌上电脑作为硬件平台,在windows XP软件支持下,利用Microsoft Visual Studio编程环境,完成基于PDA的四等水准电子手簿系统的程序设计,完全代替手工水准记簿。

In the standard of measurement, standard recording is a very tedious job. During the operation process of high tension, lit- tle mistake which the worker made could lead to a whole segment rework. Based on the related technical basis and norms, using PDA palmtop computer as hardware platform, in the windows XP software, using Microsoft Visual Basic programming environment, comple- ted based on PDA four standard electronic hand book for the system design process, completely replaced the manual standard recording.
