电子地图作为目前市场应用较好的数字制图成果表达形式之一,同时也是地图服务于社会经济的重要手段。电子地图的生产质量控制及数据的质量状况的有效评价是保证电子地图产品质量的关键。本文首先对电子地图质量形成的各个阶段、各个环节的技术活动和管理活动进行分析,进而分析影响电子地图的质量因素,并结合实践对评价电子地图质量的相关指标进行研究。

Digital map is an important expression in the form of digital mapping service for present market applications. The quality control of digital map production and effective evaluation of data quality status are keys to ensure the quality of the digital mapping pro- duction. The various stages of the formation which were constituted with the quality of digital map and the various aspects of the tech- nology and management activities were analyzed, combing with the practical study evaluating digital map quality indicators.
