摘要 综述了Inconel718合金抗均匀腐蚀、应力腐蚀、电偶腐蚀、热腐蚀、氢脆等常见耐腐蚀性能,指出了In-conel718合金耐腐蚀性能研究中存在的关键问题,分析了Inconel718合金具有优良耐腐蚀性能的原因。结合实例介绍了5种主要的电化学方法在评价同类镍基合金耐腐蚀性能方面的应用和原理,总结了不同电化学方法的主要研究目的,提出运用其他表征手段结合电化学方法进行综合研究的思路。最后展望了高温高压湿H2S腐蚀环境下In-conel718合金的腐蚀机理和电化学研究前景。 Common corrosion resistance properties, such as uniform corrosion, stress corrosion, galvanic corrosion, hot corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement behavior of Incone1718 are reviewed. The key issues in the research of corrosion resistance properties of Inconel718 alloy are pointed out, and the reasons of its excellent corrosion resistance properties are analyzed. The application and principle of five main electrochemical methods in corrosion resistance evaluation of similar nickel-based alloy are introduced. The main purposes of different electrochemical methods are summarized, and the idea of combining other characterization methods with electrochemical methods for comprehensive study are presented. Finally, corrosion mechanism and future study of Incone1718 alloy in corrosion environ- ment with high temperature, high pressure, and wet H2S are forecast.
