摘要 首先对液态金属/陶瓷体系进行了分类,然后针对非反应体系和反应体系分别系统综述了液态金属/陶瓷体系粘着功热力学模型的发展、适用的条件以及存在的问题,最后展望了液态金属/陶瓷体系粘着功今后的理论研究。 The liquid metal/ceramic systems are classified. Subsequently the models for both nonreactive and reactive systems are reviewed from the aspects of model development, application conditions and existing problem. The prospect of theoretical research on work of adhesion of liquid metal/ceramic systems is also presented.
