摘要
在介绍煤直接液化残渣(CLR)的组成、结构和性质的基础上,系统总结了CLR的国内外最新应用研究进展,主要包括热解/共热解回收油、炼焦、加氢液化、气化制氢、作为燃料燃烧、制备炭材料以及作为道路沥青改性剂等。CLR的高效利用对提高煤液化的经济性和资源转化具有重要意义。基于规模化、经济性和环保方面考虑,CLR的萃取物加氢和萃余物综合利用以及制备炭材料是CLR利用的有效途径。
The latest research progress and industrial applications of CLR all over the world are systematically summarized, based on the composition, structure and properties of CLR. The progress has been in pyrolysis/co-pyrolysis to recycling oil or to coking, hydrogenation liquefaction, gasification to hydrogen production, as fuel to combustion, preparation carbon materials, as paving asphalt modifier etc. The effective utilization of CLR will improve the economy and resource conservation of the liquefaction process. Based on the scale, economy and environmental protection consideration, one of the promising method is to extract and hydro-refining, the residues comprehensive utilization, another method is to prepare valuable functional carbon materials using CLR as the carbon precursor.
