摘要
分析了喷雾过程中雾化对粒子形貌变化影响的机理,用合理的假设简化过程,在Weber数、充填临界值和粒子干燥动力学的基础上,建立了新的模型用以预测不同条件下颗粒的形貌。模型计算结果表明,雾化过程中,高温、高流速、低表面张力和高气液比容易产生变形粒子。
With analysis of particle deformation mechanism during spray process, the present work developed a new model, based on the Weber number, percolation criteria and drying kinetics, to predict the particle morphology for various drying conditions. From this model, some results are that the deformated particles will easily be shaped in the spray process at high temperature, high velocity, low surface tension and high initial gas/liquid mass ratio.
