摘要 以天然L-缬氨酸为原料,经氨基保护,重氮化反应,再进行Wolff重排,脱保护基得到L-3-氨基-4-甲基戊酸盐酸盐,其结构经核磁共振氢谱,红外光谱和元素分析得到确证。 Using natural L valine as starting material,through amino protection,Arndt Eistert reaction,Wolff rearrangement and protective group's cleavage, L 3 amino 4 methylvaleric acid hydrochloride was synthesised and identified by 1H NMR spectra,IR spectra and elementary analysis.
