千山温泉水中矿物元素的电感耦合等离子体-质谱法分析 被引量:1

摘要 对千山温泉水中矿物元素进行分析研究.采用微波消解法处理样品,运用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对千山温泉水中钠、镁、钾、钙、铁、锌、锰、铜、硒、锗、钼、铬等12种微量元素进行检测与分析.结果表明,在优化实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.001 25~14.66μg/g,相对标准偏差为0.18%~5.58%,回收率为93.8%~108.2%.千山温泉水中含有丰富的矿物元素,本研究为探讨千山温泉水对人体的保健作用提供科学依据. The mineral elements in the thermal spring waters of Qianshan were analyzed.The mineral elements in the thermal spring water of Qianshan were digested by microwave and were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) .The results showed that under optimum conditions, the detection limits are the range of 0.001 25- 14.66 μg/L,the relative standard deviations of 0.18%-5.58 % ,the recoveries are 93.8%- 108.2% of 12 kinds of mineral elements Na,Mg,K,Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Se,Ge, Mo,Cr in the thermal spring water of Qianshan.The thermal spring water of Qianshan contained of abundant mineral elements.The resuits provides useful evidence for studying the health care effect of the thermal spring water of Qianshan on human body.
