硅基柱撑蒙脱石的制备及催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以钠基蒙脱石为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Si溶胶柱化剂,并采用离子交换法制备硅基柱撑蒙脱石。研究了不同硅烷含量和水浴反应温度对柱撑蒙脱石的影响。X射线衍射分析表明:在硅烷含量为14mL、水浴反应温度为50℃的条件下,制备出d(001)值为1.6114nm的硅基柱撑蒙脱石。并且研究了Si基柱撑蒙脱石催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯的反应;在Si基柱撑蒙脱石用量为环己醇质量的10%、温度为190℃、反应时间为1h时,环己烯收率可以达到71.93%。 Na-montmorillonite materials were used as starting materials to obtain Si pillared montmorillonite. Si pillared agent was synthesized by sol-gel method, and Si pillared montmorillonite was prepared by ion-exchange method. The effect of the different silane content and reaction temperature on Si pillared montmorillonite was described. The data of XRD shows that the (001) basal spacing of Si pillared montmorillonite could reach 1. 6114 nm, when Si pillared montmorillonite was synthesized under the condition of 14 mL silane, 50 ℃. Preparation of cyclohexene by dehydration of cyclohexanol over catalyst Si pillared montmorillonite was studied. When mass fraction of Si pillared montmorillonite to cyclohexanol is 10%, after carrying the reaction for 1 h at 190 ℃, a cyclohexene yield of 71.93% could be realized.
