摘要
对气介式弯曲振动大功率超声复合换能器的振动特性进行了研究 .该复合换能器由夹心式功率超声纵向换能器及弯曲振动的薄圆盘辐射器组成 .对弯曲圆盘在不同边界条件下的共振特性进行了分析 ,给出了辐射器的共振频率设计方程、等效质量和等效弹性系数 ;同时研究了气介式复合振动换能器的机电等效电路 ,分析了复合换能器的整体频率方程 .实验结果表明 。
The air coupled high power compound ultrasonic transducer is studied. The compound transducer is composed of the sandwich longitudinal transducer and the circular plate in flexural vibration. The resonance frequency equations of the plate with different boundary conditions are derived. The equivalent mass and the equivalent compliance constant are obtained, and the equivalent circuit for the compound air coupled transducer is obtained. The total resonance frequency equation of the compound transducer is given. It is shown that the measured resonance frequencies of the plate are in good agreement with the calculated results.
